MIL is the most competitive team on that list. I also resigned most of BAL key FA's (while keeping them within team budget), so they should be competitive as well.

I'd really like to get the league full before we start FA, honestly. We'll see what happens-- it's getting harder to find 6.5 GMs as people move onto the later OOTP versions, and those who still play 6.5 generally have their one or two leagues they've been in for a long time, and aren't interested in joining another.

I prefer to fill from within the site if possible, as I think it adds to the community feel we have going. But there aren't many guys here who (still) play OOTP and aren't already in one (if not multiple) of the leagues on the site. If someone who posts here already wants to give it a try, you're more than welcome to sign up for a team.

.. I plugged us at the OOTP forums again. Honestly, the only good dude I ever got from that site was theo, and we all know what happened there (rip). I don't remember where else I found GMs, but it certainly wasn't there.

But who knows. Maybe someone will see it and take interest.

Let me know. I'm about to just start 3-teams down. No one on the site left to nab, and when I try outside forums, it seems people prefer 2009 leagues for OOTP 6.5.. if they're not in a 6.5 league already and/or made the move to version 10...

I wish I knew how CJ gets all of these new guys to join TPSL-lite. It'd be nice if one or two checked out this board. I don't understand how 2009 rosters are so appealing if 1. they suck and 2. the league is turning members every other day, but I digress. It is what it is.
