My thoughts are I have a good line up but my pitching sucks.

criticize your decisions? nah, I'm pretty much of the mind "let guys run their team how they want" who am I to say? there's a lot of luck involved. all you can really do is put together the best team you think you can. I guess that's the basic difference (the how people think part), but there is still luck involved.

experience within a specific league helps, too. after time, one should be able to determine what will work and what won't. so another difference in GMs is the speed at which people can figure that out. some never do I suppose.

He's a good player, no doubt. It's funny cause I strongly felt like he was an easy comp A caliber player and now I laugh every time I see the contract he got (did anyone think Crawford would be the highest per year player from this year's free agency?)

If he produces the way he has been it won't matter. I can afford it.

I'm more upset with Willis' contract.
