Thought he'd get better value sign and trade than the draft pick compensation? Anyways time to look through another trade block and see if I have any needs to fill from.

    Re: Phillies 14-15' Off-Season Block

Yeah I dunno, I just wondered. More or less because it's Scott Kazmir, he's only pitched 200 innings twice, and he's now making 17.5 mil per for 4 seasons... I think the comp would have netted him better value honestly.

I actually assumed at the time resigning him was with intentions of keeping him in the rotation... just threw me off to see him on the block already. I mean, Kazmir is only 30... and when he does stay healthy and consistent he's a nice pitcher. But I just don't know if he could get better value through trade considering what Kazmir makes now, when the draft will probably be similar to last yrs and Kazmir would be a hot comodity on the FA market.

Just was curious.. not trying to be a douche in any way, just wanted to hear CJ's take on it.

Keeping him in the rotation is the plan, but if someone doesn't like whats in FA and will pay for the ace, then I'd consider moving him, its more of a feeler than a firesale with him

I sent PM's back to all those who inquired.

Gathright is the only one GPA.

Send me PM's or aim's about offers, you'll have better luck if ND is winning tonight than if we are losing on getting a good deal (jk).

    No good deals tonight, then.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

I think with Floyd returning and Hawaii not having a good pass defense and all we can do on defense is stop the pass.

I think the Irish win 42-31
