Same as last year really.

You post your offer (or you can just tell me to sign them for their demands and I will oblige), I'll edit your post with red or green font depending on whether or not they signed. I'll also post their demands if they chose not to sign for your offer, and you can choose to match them at that point if you'd like.

also, two things:

-- only 1-year offers, the game does not accept anything more.

-- More than 90% of the time (maybe even 99%) I've found any players with a 2.0 or better rating CANNOT be signed for anything less than 300k... that means MLC they will likely refuse. 1.0 star players and 1.5 star players generally accept MLCs from experience. But 2.0 star players will not, likely a game flaw. One of the more knowledgeable guys can probably confirm this... but before you offer a bunch of guys MLCs, I figured I'd mention this. I mean, you can try always, but just saying.
