Dave, I would not worry too much about that... (Granderson). I'd say it's just an early season sample size. But he will probably finish very high in doubs and triples either way.

You think I'd get use to my teams slow starts year after year. For some reason this on feels more foreboding though...

6-10 sim, not worried at all. Offense is in a major slump but at least they waited until May for the slump. Pitching will come around, have to find a way to play better vs the Yanks and A's (combined 3-9) and they will be okay. Pedroia wont hit .240 for long and eventually will pick it up.

My rotation keeps tanking, Barnese went from a 3.3 era to over 9 ERA, Sheets is imploding as well and Kaz is on the DL. I'll have to shake up the lineup see if I can get it moving

You need to move Henry out of the lead off spot, aside from the speed he's nowhere near being that type. I have the same problem in another league. Better served trying Cardenas because of his contact ability or Richardson for his OBP potential

Yea Henry hitting the DL will definitely let me do that
Here is what I'm thinking for a lineup:
Lineup:
1) Adrian Cardenas 2B
2) Gary Richardson LF
3) Travis Mattair 3B
4) Dallas McPherson RF
5) Michael Taylor 1B
6) Miguel Tejada SS
7) Jason Jarmillo C
8) Michael Bourn CF
Thoughts?

I'd lead off Bourn, mos def. He's made to lead off.... he'll come out of his slump. Batting 8 he can't get as many ABs.

I should probably lead off with Barton and I have in the past, but Weeks has done well for a season and a quarter or so. Barton should be in a spot to drive in runs anyway. I hope Zimmerman breaks out of his funk and my bullpen gets straightened out a little more. Casilla ERA should not be anywhere near 7![]()
I think the pitchers with really high eras.... likely got roughed up once or twice and just haven't got them down yet. In a few sims I'm sure it won't be as dramatic...
yikes, that doesnt go for Casilla :X
