Congratulations GF..... great play down the stretch. I'd be lying if I said I thought you were going to win the wild card a few sims ago.
SWEETNESS! this is incredible. By far my biggest OOTP accomplishment so far. good job OM. You shoulda won lol
i believe the only word for this comeback is epic
The real Rockies comeback last year was much more epic....and painful.
Are you still uploading the sim tonight?
he's having a few difficulties. he'll get it up as soon as he can
Congratulations to Colorado! It is extra tough in my opinion to put together a playoff team with Colorado than some others. All that can be said is that the Mets choked after a huge division lead at the trade deadline. Maybe Dontrelle cursed his team-mates. We'll see what next year brings. Salo and Rustich are two 5 star flops!
My bullpen of all things was the key to this game. 5 and a third of shutout relief pitching, allowing 1 hit and striking out 7 in those innings. Who woulda thunk it. They stink lol. And of course Brandon Wood with the game-winning, 2-run triple in the 11th. What a game. Again, good game OM. That sure is baseball at it's finest
your "11-game" lead was very early in the season and I believe I overtook you completely in July or something. It's not like you "collapsed" at the end. I led the division for the most of the 2nd half. And as you said, it was more about me doing well rather than you falling apart. You fell apart after I passed you.

Kudos to Oakland for being a great hot streak. Its more about them winning a crapload of games than my team sucking it up. I still have the 2nd best record in the AL.
