    that's how i originally phrased it... but then i thought, is the catcher an infielder too in some peoples mind? and kinda wondered for a minute... and i cant think right now. its been too long of a day and i dont want to look stupid so i just said it like i did.

    Griffey gets the MVP at a chipper 39 and a bargain 5 million dollars. It's time to sign Jason Bay to a 1 year 90 million dollar contract.

    I don't doubt that. What that means is that there was no way in hell he was ever going to re-sign with a weak outfit like mine anyway.
