Dammit nick, we're starting a new one.
Fielder hitting .175 and Sheets with a 6.29 ERA, we have a winning record. Fantastic.

I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
Ah, give me something clever to say here.
Pretty much what I expected... about .500, awesome pitching, no hitting, nomar dead, and leading the majors in walks(thanks swisher, johnson and abreu!) At least I signed hillenbrand, who is a capable backup at third.

Johan Santana takes a talent boost...now fully maxed out...nothing but 10s all around MUH****AAAA

Opponents AVG: .207 (1st)
HRs Allowed: 16 (T-16th)
Walks Allowed: 55 (24th)

I'm not liking all those walks by my pitching so far...I was hoping we'd get that under control this year At least Duke and Harang are living up to my expectations...Lester and Hirsh have started out well, too.
Oh, and nothing but negative development to start the season...lovely.
My pen is a mockery. Wow. That's so sad. It's so much worse than the crap I use in tssl.
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!
The 2074 MSL NL Gold Glove Recipient at Third Base.
Can someone look at the attendance statistics please. Wow.
Save Phil Hughes
Mets start slow... Wagner is on the block with Kunz ready in AAA. Somebody make an offer if you need a closer...
Ah, didn't realize that.
Saw the maxed out fan interest. Richie Sexson is just such a draw.
Save Phil Hughes
my team sucks
4-12 sim

bright spots
RF Jason Bay: .322 avg, 6 HR, 17 RBI, 1.210 OPS
MR Steve Kline: 0-0, 0.00 ERA, 10.1 IP, 0.58 WHIP
Carlos Sanchez seems to have improved his pure stuff!
Carlos Sanchez's pitches have more bite now, the movement has improved!
Carlos Sanchez is hitting his spots better, his command improved!
a MR who improved to 9-8-8 talent, not bad for a 10th round pick
Dustin Majewski has learned to better avoid strikeouts!
Dustin Majewski increased his bat control, resulting in more contact!
Dustin Majewski has gained more power!
older project in AA, improved to 7-8-5-8-5

I wish someone in my pen would start sucking bad enough to call Erick Threets up...

My offense has been terribly disappointing. Dunn and A-Rod have been great but Jeter has sucked mightily.
Save Phil Hughes
Batting AVG: .275 (6th)
Homeruns: 16 (T-17th)
Walks: 31 (29th)
Stolen Bases: 19 (T-7th)
Runs Scored: 72 (23rd)
Pitching ERA: 4.20 (13th)
Opponents AVG: .238 (4th)
HRs Allowed: 15 (T-13th)
Walks Allowed: 43 (9th)
Runs Allowed: 67 (7th)
8-7 and pretty good numbers so far... I'll take it.
The pen's whip scares me.
Brian Bannister and Kyle Lohse rocked it out this sim with sub 3 eras by both. I doubt they'll keep em that low but my future would be much brighter if they did.
Still need more run producers in my lineup as Teahan and Feliz struggled.
Progression:
Saturday 4/8/2009 :
J.P. Howell seems to have improved his pure stuff!
J.P. Howell is hitting his spots better, his command improved!
J.P. Howell is now 9 7 5
And a bunch of endurance changes.
HollywoodLeo: You and Kingdom always annoy me
"Oh, don't mind me, I'm rebuilding now" then you win at least 80 games
RIP S3SL Minnesota Twins.

Jay Sborz seems to have improved his pure stuff!

Turns from a scrub into a 4.5 SP spect at 9-8-6 potential... I'll take that
Batting AVG: .264 (12th)
Homeruns: 26 (1st)
Walks: 52 (13th)
Stolen Bases: 10 (21st)
Runs Scored: 81 (13th)
Pitching ERA: 4.15 (11th)
Opponents AVG: .239 (6th)
HRs Allowed: 14 (T-8th)
Walks Allowed: 33 (2nd)
Runs Allowed: 67 (T-7th)
Team is finally hitting HR's like it should be... but the runs are not there to reflect it
Starting pitching is struggling, but the pen is preforming well.... Miller is inching ever closer to his 10-10-10 potential
I'd still like to trade Sweeney and make room for Maybin on the ML roster
Give Me a Bottle of Anything and a Glazed Donut, To Go....
