For those of you who don't know how spring training works, it's basically like this:
You have 20 points and you can spread them out any way you'd like for each player on your team for those modifiers. It takes 5 points to teach a new position.
So you might want to do something like this:
Ichiro Suzuki: 3,5,7,5 ... 3 contact, 5 power, 7 strike zone judgement, 5 defense... just an example, but that's how you can list it at the least.
The only thing I ask, and I'm pretty firm on this... if you send in spring training player modifiers, limit them to no more than 10-15 players from your squad. It is very tedious, for me atleast, to do the modifiers. But I think 10-15 is more than enough in most team's cases, when you take into account that spring training doesn't usually have an major positive effect on more than 2-3 players if even that every spring training.
Another thing you can do is either PM me or reply to this thread and ask for coaches reccomendations and it will reccommend which players to modify for spring training. In other words, it will do it for you.
If you don't have a say or I don't hear from you on the matter, I will just leave it default 5-5-5-5 for every player.
Thanks guys! Sorry about all the writeup too, as I know most of you guys know how this works, but it's mainly for the new members.
Any questions, just ask.
