looking at it one more time, Lowry could be better... but Dice-K is nice, and THIS Chris Carter (he's the one who is in Oakland in real life) has big time power potential in the game...

I'm really mixed. I wish Lowry was a better player, that's my only gripe. Because he's downgrading from Johan to Mastuzaka, and just getting Carter with it.

Throw in one beast-ass reliever or another nice spect in place of Lowry... whether it be Beltre, Ellsbury (doubt Puravida would do that, much like the real Red Sox), or a guy like Declarmen or Okajima... and then I'll pass it. Until then, I gotta fail it I think.

I was really close to passing it, but it's just too little reason to trade Johan when you're essentially getting a lesser import version, and a spect who may never pan out.
