Kansas City signed RP Alan Embree to a 1 year, $407,000 contract.

These contracts may seem controversial by some, as the two teams are currently mired in the bottom of the league.

However, look for these two teams to surprise and shock the hearts and minds of many as these two players are WIN METHOD certified.

Mench hit, er, slugged, .340 en route to a Brewers championship, while Embree posted a slick 45.00 ERA in 2 games. These statistics are MEANINGLESS as these players are WIN METHOD certified and will undoubtedly lead their teams to glory.

However...OF Garret Anderson went from the 07 World Champion Angels to the 09 Defending Champion Brewers, making Anderson the first DOUBLE WIN METHOD player in league history.

For the record, I don't think it was a crappy signing, I offered Mench somewhere around there...I just felt the need to bring the WIN METHOD back into this forum.

Mench and Embree together were the glue that held the Brewers together en route to the franchise's first ever World Series championship.
