    Twins Twins need a top starting pitcher.

    I am looking for a starting pitcher that can be a number 2 Type pitcher. I need to get Liriano some help! He is 16-3! But i believe the rest of my pitchers are below 500. I am willing to move solid prospects for a quality starting pitcher.
