2009 Ammy Draft!

This previous sim was a short one. Here's the plans... the NFL draft is this weekend, which kind of puts a major damper on having the Ammy draft during the weekend. So we're going to have the draft Friday night. That being said, there's a ton of work to do after the draft with compensation and what not (it's really tedious having to switch the players. I don't mind doing it, but I need some time to do it). So I'm going to work on compensation and changes Friday night and sometime Saturday after the draft or during down time.

The sim will be Saturday night, probably around the same time tonight's sim was. So expect it around 9:00 EST.

Because of the NFL draft being Saturday and Sunday, it's kind of unavoidable but to have the ammy draft Friday without having a major break. I apologize if you can't make it, but this is the only way it'll work out without a week and a half break I think.

So here's what you can do.

Have someone draft for you if you can't make it.

Send me a list and I will try to accomodate it the best I can.

We're only going to do 2 rounds more than likely... so don't send anything more than 2 rounds if you do send me a list.

Also, you'll have all day Saturday to send in changes for the sim. But feel free to send them whenenver.

The draft thread has already started in the main board and will continue up until Friday for the record. A way to speed this up would be to PM the person next in line to make their pick, and so forth. That way we can knock as much off before Friday.

Something came up for me... I'm going to probably be busy Friday, honestly I have no way of telling at this point in time. If I have the day of I'd be able to do the draft, but if I don't I won't obviously. And I can't leave you guys hanging. So to play it safe...

I'm going to make the ammy draft Saturday night at 9:00 PM EST. The sim will be bumped back to Sunday night at 9:00 PM EST.

I'm assuming the NFL draft will be over by that time Saturday.

Again, really sorry for the confusion, but I forgot I had plans tomorrow. And we can't really have a draft if I'm not there to enter in the picks. =/

Same rules apply, only bumping everything back one day. The draft a day back, and the sim a day back. PM me lists, PM me changes, etc.

Usually I'm free Fridays, but today is one day I'll likely be busy... chances are I'll be free eventually, but I'm not really sure what time, so I can't set a time for the draft if I was to have it tonight.

I'll start probably when i feel it's filled up enough. and if not enough people show, we're only going to do one round.. just a warning. we may only go one anyway, since a lot of people are busy. but if people to turn out, we'll go two. so we'll see.
