Blue Jays at the plate: Bengie Molina hit his first home run of the spring, a two-run shot off Minnesota starter Scott Baker to cap off a three-run second inning. Shea Hillenbrand added an RBI single that scored Lyle Overbay in the frame. Jason Phillips hit a solo homer -- his second of Spring Training -- in the seventh. Later in the inning, Russ Adams hit an RBI single that scored Eric Hinske.

Twins at the plate: Jason Kubel hit an RBI single in the fourth inning and Juan Castro chipped in an RBI single in the fifth. Terry Tiffee had a two-run single, Nick Punto and Joe Mauer added RBI doubles and Shawn Wooten had a sacrifice fly in a five-run seventh.

Blue Jays on the mound: Left-hander Scott Downs, who is slated to be Toronto's temporary fifth starter in the first week of the season with No. 2 starter A.J. Burnett injured, pitched two scoreless innings against the Twins. Downs was scheduled to pitch longer, but after throwing one warmup pitch before the third, he felt discomfort in his right knee and left the game as a precaution. The southpaw allowed one hit and struck out two. Reliever James Baldwin gave up five runs in the seventh.

Twins on the mound: Baker, who is the front-runner for the fifth spot in the Twins' rotation, gave up three runs on four hits in six innings in his sixth start of the spring. Baker struck out two and walked one.

Hopefully this isn't serious, as he is the Burnett replacemnet until completely ready. The Jays are getting hit pretty hard by the injury bug in ST.
