Cano gets the nice play with the groundball and throw home. There goes the scoring opportunity. 2 outs.

Jays spoil it again with a GIDP by Catalanatto with two on and 1 out. Man too many wasted opportunities.

The Yanks picked up a second run in the fifth on a sac fly from Matsui. 2-0 Yanks.

Yanks score 2 more runs on a bases loaded basehit. Williams comes in and scores on a very close play at home. zaun thought he blocked the plate and Gibbons thought the same way. So Gibbons goes psycho which is understandable with this being an all important game. ibbons gets tossed and the score is now 4-0.

Tough loss. 7-0 is the final. The Blue Jays are going to have to step up this offense pretty soon. This sends them to 4 straight losses and 5.5 games back on the wild card. They need to take the Yankees now!

Jays need a great game from Josh Towers tonight, we're talking CG here, he has won his last 2 games with 1 CG vs the O's and this could mean a bad outing for the very streaky pitcher known as Josn Towers
