A source told FOXSports.com that Kevin Millar has come to terms with the Jays on a minor league deal.
No other team expressed any real interest in Millar this winter. He makes quite a bit of sense in Toronto, as the team currently has left-handed hitters at first base and DH.
Blue Jays signed LHP Ken Takahashi to a minor league contract and invited him to spring training.
Takahashi will be trying to make it in America at the age of 39 after going 8-5 with a 3.50 ERA over 115 1/3 innings in Japan last season. Most teams viewed him as a reliever, but the Blue Jays may give him a chance to claim a rotation spot during spring training. He's unlikely to have much of a fantasy impact.
