    Blue Jays Alex Rios.....

    Why are Jays having him lead off? He has power and should be in the middle, IMO.

    it's better than Stewart hitting lead-off and Eckstein hasn't been that good lately

    and with Rolen back they can afford to let it happen, look at Sunday's game, Rios led off and he went 4 for 5 with 3 runs

    This guy is one of those 5 tool players that can be productive anywhere he hits in the lineup. He hits with power, a great gap hitter, and can move on the bases.

    They should have never gotten rid of Reed Johnson. He was a productive lead off hitter for them which would have allowed them to move Rios deeper into the lineup.

    But Rios hitting lead off is better than having Wells hitting lead off as he did for a bit last year.
