    Opening Day; Blue Jays (0-0) @ Yankees (0-0) 3/31-4/3

Opening day, I can't believe it's finally here.

    Tuesday, April 1, 7:05pm ET
    TV: TSN
    Roy Halladay (0-0, -.--) vs Chien-Ming Wang (0-0, -.--)

    Wednesday, April 2, 7:05pm ET
    TV: Rogers Sportsnet
    A.J. Burnett (0-0, -.--) vs Mike Mussina (0-0, -.--)

    Thursday, April 3, 7:05pm ET
    TV: TSN
    Dustin McGowan (0-0, -.--) vs Phil Hughes (0-0, -.--)

Expecting a good series, at least one game will be a blow out but for which team? How about you tell me.

Matt Stairs' back maybe a problem and might not start in LF, Stewart will draw in if Stairs can't go.

I predict the Jays win 2 out of 3, likely close games.

for the Canadian viewers, if they are others, TSN has decided to pick the game for tomorrow not Sportsnet

close game, bad loss, 1 for 12 for runners in scoring position

Halladay gave the team a chance to take the game but the offense and defense didn't show up when it counted

Scutaro had a strong game, walk, 2 stolen bases

McGowan was battling the flu yesterday but is expected to pitch tonight

Matt Stairs will start in LF tonight

    great win last night

Burnett was awesome, got out of any trouble except a HR to A-Rod.

Wells and Rios were dangerous the whole night at the plate.

Rod Barajas provided some unexpected offense.

Brian Tallet was great, unbelievable he went 2 IP and struck out 3 great hitters.

man thats a very hard lose to take

McGowan had a tough 6th with some less than stellar control, hitting Jeter, walking Abreu then making a wild pitch that scored a run.

Brian Wolfe staying in the game was a mistake by Gibbons imo, if he was going to put in Downs, why not right away with Cabrera coming up and Damon on deck.

Scott Downs made a huge error that cost the game. Can't make mistakes like those against the Yankees if you want to win especially in a close game like tonight.

McGowan was great for the first 5 innings though, tough 6th for him, too bad.

Alex Rios is riding a hitting streak against the Yankees that went to 23 games now.

Eckstein came alive for the 1st time.

I hate this loss, but it may be a good thing.

It could possibly be one of those games that sorta get the team ready for other close games down the road. A character builder in a way.

Hope Gibbons learnt a thing or two for this series on how his team is gonna work.
