    Adios Glaus

Troy Glaus is scheduled to undergo surgery on his foot and will miss the rest of the year.
Glaus has been battling plantar fasciitis in his left foot since the first week of the season. He'll undergo a nerve decompression operation on Monday that the Jays hope will alleviate the soreness. Hector Luna, Russ Adams and Ray Olmedo will fill in for him the rest of the way. It's unlikely that any will have much fantasy value.
How nice of him to just go run and hide whenever a big story comes out that he used illegal substances. What a trooper!

It doesn't look good for Glaus with the roids, while he may have been using them to heal faster from his injury in 03-04, it's still wrong.

on his injury he's been dealing with the foot and heel since last season, so hopefully this will help next season or he will be traded somewhere to throw the stink off the team, but that will be hard with no more power hitter in the lineup, different times ahead for Glaus.

He'll have to say something soon.
