Blue Jays John Thomson & Jason Frasor Sign

The Jays have kept Frasor and added John Thomson to their pitchig mix. I like these moves. Frasor is still developing and could become a good pitcher and Thomson offers a low-risk, high-reward situation for them. He has been, in the past, a very competent pitcher and could regain his form in Toronto.

While John Thomson's contract with the Jays is technically worth just $500,000, he'll earn $1.5 million if he's on the Opening Day roster.
The lower figure means the Jays will save money in termination pay if they cut him in spring training. In all, Thomson could make up to $4 million this year.
Still not a bad deal for a guy who can be effective and eat some innings.

I have likes Frasor as well but his walks just kill him.

Frasor is still with the Jays, while Jayson Werth is no longer a Dodger. Score one for J.P.
