Blue Jays optioned RHP Jason Frasor to Triple-A Syracuse.
Frasor gets demoted again despite a 3.09 ERA in 23 1/3 innings since his previous recall on May 11. If the Blue Jays think they're better off with Brian Tallet, there are surely a lot of teams that would take Frasor off their hands.

He'd look good in a Red Sox uniform...we'll give you guys something good...uh...do we still have Jose Offerman?
