Angels Blue Jays @ Angels May 16-18

Tuesday, May 16 Angel Stadium of Anaheim | 10:05 PM ET Ted Lilly, LHP (4-2, 3.24)
    Blue Jays (21-16)
    @ Ervin Santana, RHP (3-1, 4.79)
    Angels (16-22)

    Scouting Report:
Lilly will stay in the normal five-day rotation and take the place of Gustavo Chacin, who will miss at least one start with a sore pitching arm. The left-hander is coming off a win in which he worked a season-high 7 2/3 innings, held Oakland to three runs and walked four. He's gone seven or more innings in each of his last three starts, and not allowed more than three runs in any one outing this year. He is 5-3 with a 3.23 ERA in nine career starts against Anaheim.
Santana opened quickly in his last start by retiring the first 11 batters and then did not give up a hit until the fifth inning. The right-hander allowed three runs on three hits and a walk while striking out seven to pick up the win over the White Sox.

I don't get why the Blue Gays have been playing Eric Hinske at 3B in place of Glaus and not Shea Hillenbrand instead. Hinske is horrible, Hillenbrand is much much better. They don't even have Hillenbrand DH'ing!

No way Halladay throws a two-hit shutout over 8 innings, no way.

Halladay grounds out the side in the 2nd inning, not bad.

only got to watch the last two innings last night, but man how the hell did the angels not win that one last night in the bottom of the 9th bases loaded no outs and the jays get out of it with Jason freakin' Frasor and then Hill and Adams in the top of the 10th win it for the jays, very weird

They had K-Rod intentionally walk Bengie Molina.

Some bad managing by the Angels in that game, not to mention having your backup catcher Mike Napoli try to lay down a bunt. I don't think Napoli has ever laid down a bunt in his life before.
