    Free Agency begins Sunday at Noon EST

    This is how it works for this special feee agency period.

    All offers are first come first serve. If an offer is PMed to me at 11:59amEST or sooner, it will be deleted. All offers must be made in the format below or they will also be deleted.

    "Team A offers Player A $xxx,xxx"

    All offers are for one year and one year only.

    A solid offer must be made. You cannot say "give player A whatever he wants". You must specify the exact amount of the offer. I will let you know if a player rejects your offer unless another team has already made an acceptable offer.

    I'm not sure what free agent list you see mntwinsfan, but I don't see any Armas listed in the free agency page.

    He will be included in the June Amateur Draft.

    I just waited for the onsite clock here, on the main page, to turn to 12:00 (I was refreshing the page )... and then hit send in my other browser window that had my list all ready to go
