Yes. We draft during the preseason for a couple of reasons; to start the year off with new specs and to avoid having to stop simming to complete the draft. It just makes life easier to do it now...easier for me anyway.

I like it. We don't trade picks so it gives us a chance to have the picks sooner to move. As Arizona just proved.
