I suggest that both ASG managers PM each other and their coaches to discuss a day that would be best for them to do the game. If your one of your coaches tells you that they cannot make it, then I may allow you to choose a replacement coach. The coaches must PM me and relinquish their position as a coach though.

The coaches help the managers assemble the rest of the teams, and they will be at the live sim to help the managers manage the game. The managers make the final decisions, but they can ask the coaches for help and suggestions.
