What is available from Florida? Any prospect that isn't at the MLB level, any draft pick.

What isn't available? My MLB roster... except for the stinky players, I'll trade them for upgrades if you are into them.

Sorry Cincy, both of those guys are strong against righties and not so strong against lefties. I am looking for a middle of the order hitter for both lineups as my current lineup has several stronger against RHP than LHP.

Here is what I am looking to do:
RF Current (4.5 prospect stars, 9-6-7-8-7 potential, 6-7-5-7-8 ratings)
RF Harvey (2.5 stars, 8-7-9-5-6 ratings)

for

a 30 or younger outfielder that is about equally solid against both lefties and righties, and would be an upgrade to Harvey (not a huge upgrade, just an upgrade.)

I'd even kick in the difference should Harvey be more expensive than the player coming back, depending on the player. But I CAN'T add salary. Current is a good 21 year old player who should be ready soon and Harvey could either help your lineup or be used to get an additional prospect elsewhere.
