    2016 Free Agent Scraps: now until Friday 4PM EDT

    The site will be uploaded soon. Highest 1-year offer gets the player. Please keep all offers in 1 PM. No changes except promotions and demotions can be made at this time.

    Then I will do a brief period where people can only offer to 2 players on a first come, first served basis before it is a free for all...I don't want a few teams getting all the leftovers cheaply.
