Well, I went 7 - 4 against you in the regular season...hopefully, I can have continued success and avenge my WS loss to thin sliced pork chop last season. I just hope my error of not switching my rotation to "strict" from "highest rested" didn't screw me

    Game 1: Butler
    Game 2: Oropesa
    Game 3: Harden
Game 4: Knipp (guaranteed Chicago win as he's terrible in the post-season)
    Game 5: Butler
    Game 6: Oropesa
    Game 7: Harden

actually, that worked out just fine I suppose.

Antonio being out really hurts, since I need all the offense I can get. I'll post my rotation once the site is updated. To see if actuals changed on anyone.

    Game 1: Lance Broadway
    Game 2: Clint Everts
    Game 3: Dallas Buck
    Game 4: Seth McClung
    Game 5: Lance Broadway
    Game 6: Clint Everts
    Game 7: Dallas Buck

If Games 4 or 5 are elimination games for me, I'm screwed.

but not game 7? Harden has closed out many a series for me...including the last one. I would just like to see Knipp have 1 good playoff game

I just expect to lose games 4 and 5. Harden is a man beast, and I fully expect him to shut down my lineup. But with Buck and Everts I at least have a semi-chance. I fully expect you to win this series. Unless I manage to win in 6 somehow. Though I need this series to go 5 for financial purposes.

I bet it goes the distance...I wouldn't be surprised. Your lineup is scary as all hell and was #1...and as unspectacular as your pitching looks, it was 3rd best in the league. My offense was only 5th with my pitching being 1st.

Hopefully my lineup does better. Weddo is hitting a buck something. Davila is hitting .071 BUT he has a .381 OBP. Which is probably the biggest difference I've ever seen between AVG and OBP. Granted it's only 5 games.

Good series DMB, but my Cardinals won in 6. The box scores are on the site. Street saved all 4 wins for me.

Yes, according to the box scores it was a good series. I can't believe that 4 of the 6 games were decided by 1 run. Another game was decided by 2, and the big blow out of the series was 3 run win. Oh well I still got some playoff revenue, which is what I needed for extension money next year.

it really could have gone either way. My pen was the difference I believe...Kloss was the only reliever to give up a run (3 actually, but his ERA for the playoffs is still 2.57). While your pen didn't seem to fair as well taking 2 of the losses and almost blowing game 4, too.

Ya Brandt (7.04 ERA) wasn't exactly lights out in the playoffs. You also shut down Villegas big time. He was hitting in the .400's after the NLDS. Wound up only hitting .256 with a .303 OBP in the post season.

I'm coming back with basically the same team next season. So hopefully I'll get a NLCS rematch. Third times hopefully a charm. Plus I fear your team more then anyone else in the AL. So if I ever get past you, I like my chances.
