I don't have the power to turn his PMs on or off, though, I just know that's how it works on these forums. You need so many posts before you can PM.
He'd have to talk to mission about getting them turned on earlier than normal.
But, seeing as one of the rules of this league is that you have to participate in the forums everywhere getting enough posts shouldn't be hard anyways.

Oh I know, but that's just how we've done it for the most part with sim leagues.
