eh, plenty of guys have developed late...my Travis Hanson developed 3 years after he lost prospect status. Obviously, he's not a stud or anything, but very useful as a backup/utility player. And the deal was close enough to pass it for me...it's not a rape by any means.

I had no problem with it PA, I was just responding more to brownie. If Rios was younger, I like Seattle on it. But as it is, I don't like anything Seattle got.. so I think Texas gave fair value for a reliever.
