2013 Free Agent Scraps: The Signings

The site will be uploaded tonight. I will be away for the weekend, but you can PM me offers for any scraps.

- All offers are for 1 year
- Bid the amount of $ you want to offer to the player
- The highest bid among all teams will be offered
- The player will either agree to the offer or not

Do not send changes at this time. All offers must be in one PM. The ST sim will probably be Friday 11/30...I will post about ST on Monday night.

Lastly, the CPU is no longer controlling the open teams. I will make changes for them and such...I just didn't want to do FA for them, but didn't want them to sit out.
