The rate is dick. Seriously. I've lost guys in tpsl and s3sl. It happens.
It just does not happen at this freakin' rate. And I'm not the only one. It ****s up things, man. How do we rebuild when everything we trade for contracts cholera and dies off? Figuratively.

Edit: Also, it's been at this setting since the start of 2010 and only 3 seasons later are you complaining. Clearly, you had an unlucky year. The max is 200% development and I have it at 75% higher than the default. Aging is set at -75% with the max being -100%.
