Edit: I guess he's hoping the SS gains contact talent? Diamond isn't very useful...his control is terrible and the rest is slight above average. Perhaps he wants to save some money and get something for FA-to-be Guillen...I'll pass I guess.

Yeah I know I'm not giving up a lot, I actually offered a better player than Diamond but he wanted him for his roation right now.
Basically I'm just looking at Guillen as someone who can hopefully put up a .750 OPS for me in LF where I've been dreadful all season and maybe boost up my fan interest a bit.
looks ok to me..Houston wasn't going to re-sign Guillen
