Ended up going with CF Ricky "Pie Thrower" Rios.

Had a tough time deciding between him and Cox, but Rios is a bit younger so he'll have almost an extra year to develop, plus my rotation is very young and still effective. If he can develop quickly, him and Leak will make a hell of a 1-2 punch. Rios gives me insurance in case Kimpel or Maybin don't develop as hoped.

I went back and changed all the MR specs that should be starters to SP specs...it will be reflected in the next upload. Some became 5.0 starters and some became 3.0 starts...one became a 4.5 starter. I also changed 2 closers to MR since they wouldn't really make good closers.

Thanks for making the pick Prov... been swamped and the guy I was trying to trade w/ was too so it just didn't work out. I liked Rainville b/c he was solid all across the board and fairly close to developing (other than his stuff). Anyway, I'm starting the bar exam tomorrow, wish me luck.
