It's tough, because Qualls has untapped potential, but he's 31 and coming off his worst season in recent time... the pitching spect that CrimsonTribe is getting is so far off who knows if he'll ever develop, but at 18 it's all possible he will in time.

I don't really like it because Qualls' ratings are really nice, but his overall doesn't match up. So I'm going to pass it. If he was two years younger, I'd say he was worth more, but he isn't.
