you know the Yankees get bad enough when you have Fan Interest at 39/100 (22nd) and still make 169 million in Revenue, coupled with a current payroll at 67 million, Dry could end up spending a lot of money, if he wanted too that is.

Well, I'm only going to go after Willis and Carpenter.
I want to introduce Jackson and Clippard next year.
OK...I have to admit revenue and fan interest and that whole deal confuses me. How the hell do I get TB to be able to spend more money?

NYY better be willing to overpay for Willis or Sabathia.

considering there are rules for FA, Dry won't be able to buy everyone. I couldn't find it, but usually teams are allowed one $14 million dollar salary per period and we were only allowed to spend $45 mil per period...no way will he be able to get two of those guys unless one signs with him early and the other signs with him late...
They are allowed one over 14 M, and no more than 25 M in one signing period.

Yeah, I was actually happy those rules were instituted, because the other discussion was all that Cap business.
And uh, yeah, I got ****ed in the start with the accelerated depreciation, so I liked the system implemented.
So it's not that bad, but I still don't know which one I'd target first.
