Outlook, New Rule, and Trading

-Expect simming to resume next week, likely Friday. I'll give you something more concrete soon.

-Unless I can't get the game to work on my computer, you are to send lineup changes to me via PM if you still do that. Don't send them now, obviously, if you aren't done with changes.

-I would try to do the bulk of trading now, because of the long break I won't be having a long off-period for the trade deadline in the game. Take advantage now, plenty of time.

-The new rule is simply send deals to providence A's unless you're dealing directly with me. He's going to be doing what I did, and only he and myself can post deals in trade council. But, any member of council can post a passed deal in the transaction forum.

-Once everything is up and running, I'm going to post an important thread as sort of a something addressing the league as a whole and where we are going from here (I do have a few changes I plan on implementing, but trust me, you'll like them). That'll be next week too.

-Finally, realmofotalk is now apart of the trade council.

also, as I said earlier if you'd like to send changes to me before the file gets uploaded for KoZ, I'll make them that way they'll be in the file already and he won't have to make them after the upload for the next sim.
