These are the guys I want to dump:

SP Kris Benson - 2.5 stars - $7.5 million through 2007: Looking for a mid-level spec for him, preferrably a SP or MR. Just want to dump his contract.

1B Adam LaRoche - 2 stars - $2.5 million through 2009: Again, mid-level spec, preferrably a corner infielder.

RF Jay Gibbons - 2 stars - $5.25 million through 2009: Yet again, mid-level spec, preferrably an OF.

Having said that, I will listen to all offers for anyone on my team. I am in the middle of a divisional battle and am trying to make my team better.
