Sheets is gone, I now want to move Carpenter with Edmonds (in the last year of his contract). This is what I want to do. I am willing to take less for someone to take Edmonds. All I want is one solid prospect for the two of them...I'm talking a 5.0 spec that isn't old and not forever and ever away from developing for the two of them and the $18 mil.

Carpenter is signed for 2 more years at only $7 mil and he's only 30. He should still be solid for a few more years. He won the Cy Young last season and will be a cheap alternative to Oswalt. PM me offers...
