the only people who have died on me, were completely expected... ie paul byrd and paul wickman, and before I inherited the team I gameplanned around that. after playing a couple of years in OOTP, you gotta have the foresight to know that some of these 34+ yr olds already have 1 foot in the grave.

At least Randy Johnson, Jason Giambi, Mussina, Maddux, Bonds, Clemens, and many other geezers died too, so I don't feel as bad losing thomas.

bonds has like a 2 power rating... quite sad. Luckily my team didn't have an overwhelming amount of old players. Just a lot of guys who CANT HIT BETTER THAN ****ING .250!

Funny though. After my team died, we started winning. Johnson's done, Posada's done, Giambi's done, Sheffield's done, Rivera's on his way, Pretty much my whole team collapsed.

But nonetheless, I've had solid development from my top specs the past 2 sims, and I hope some of my guys are ready for next year...
