nobody went down, which is to be expected from a young team, i suppose... joe oliver and donny lucy both progressed, its always nice to have too many catchers. galarraga progressed too, i expect he'll be 2 stars now as well. a few other guys did some nonsense too, but oliver and lucy progressing nicely is more progression than i wouldve expected from this season, so from here on out im a winner.

It happens, just like Aaron Boone basically blew out his knee playing basketball, the guy from Colorado ended his season when he fell down the stairs carrying his groceries, Jeff Kent hurt his knee in a motorcycle acci... i mean washing his truck, etc.

I'm not really concered with how my team does record wise this year...maybe even next year. Halladay is gone pending approval, so I'll probably finish below Orlando now. My goal for the year is to get as many players through healthy (off to a great start there with 5 injuries...2 to old players) and to get the young guys to develop.

I'm not sure what you mean. ST was 4 weeks long, and Rijo will be out about another week.
