this will probably seem like a stupid question to those of you that have been in OOTP leagues before, but...

What changes do I need to do for ST? I set my rosters, lineups, rotations, bullpens, minor leagues, and everything last night. Do I need to do anything else for ST?

k, I clicked ST and see all the points...not really sure what to do with that

For ST you don't HAVE to make changes... but I would suggest that if you are popping someone to train at a new position or something like that, you do it in ST... more of a chance he will learn it

I personally don't mess with the ST points for training... but others do

k, thanks. Assuming I make any changes, I export from my "team settings" again, right?

No... you will need to export from the Spring Traiing screen. After you make your changes, click the "ftp export spring training plan" at the top of the screen. These changes will not show on the export tracker.
