NBA All star game

Since I always end up being at work during the all-star games (NFL, NBA, MLB), I never see any of them anymore. I do know this, they turned into a joke a long time ago. The NBA was the best for many many years as they used that game to showcase the superstars in the game and they played it up for the fans.

That's just not the feeling I get anymore when watching highlights and reading post-game writeups. I personally can't stand the MLB all-star game and the NFL pro bowl turned into a complete waste of time when the guys getting elected/voted in, don't even go because they are either too tired from teh season, or don't want to risk injury.

Plus, when you have the fans voting in the players for an ASG, it always hoses it up worse that it already is.
