Vancouver's dream is to win game 1?
It was a pretty equal match up up to the last 18 seconds of the game. I see more of this as the series rolls on. A lot from Luonga and Thomas and the D-Fense.
Canucks > Bruins
Go Nucks Go. I've been growing my playoff beard for 51 days. Just like the Canucks, it's unbeatable.
LOL, getting beat 11 seconds into overtime.
NHL f'd it up by not suspending the biter... sad to watch him be so happy when he's the scum of the earth... they held home ice... time for us to do the same now
And Horton shouldn't have played game 7 in the East finals, and shouldn't have scored that OT SWG.
blame colin campbell/brendan shanahan for being spineless in their suspensions on both accounts. that being said, vancouver is very deep and has been good in the first two games. can they sustain this in boston? they struggled on the road all playoffs long. something to chew on.
Attacking (I use this lightly) your fans is a far worse crime. Those are people that you need, they pay money to go to the game, they provide the atmosphere that makes hockey the great sport it is. As soon as you get involved with a fan, there is much more things that can escalate into the unknown.
Also, I would think you know that biting a hockey glove doesn't hurt. I've provided 2 photos here as a reminder that a hockey glove has half on inch of padding on the top, and a leather palm on the underside that is replace after each game. In fact the whole glove may have been replaced before the game, allowing for the padding on the top to be much stiffer than the pair I've been using for the last 3 years.Attachment 560Attachment 561
Just because you paid for a ticket, that doesn't entitle you to say/do whatever you want and expect that there will be no consequences for your actions.
Oh, I ain't trying to save the fan. If he/she was willing to dish, prepare to have some words thrown back. But the player has to know that their actions are gonna represent the league as a whole. Anything the player does in attacking (using is lightly here again) is gonna reflect bad upon the NHL.
Regardless, two devastating losses for the Bruins. Let's see if they can bounce back tomorrow.
Even if he really should have been suspended...so what?
You sound like some Razorbacks fan complaining about the Sugar Bowl loss because Terell Pryor and his cronies "shouldn't have been playing".
While that may be true they still should have been able to beat the other team's best players and they couldn't.
