Although I am not sure why it's different this season, as it appears the Orange Bowl gets the ACC and Big East champs, so Va Tech and UConn. Fiesta gets the Big 12 Champ, and the Sugar is apparently getting two at larges.

Only the SEC is tied to the Sugar Bowl, and the Big East isn't tied to a particular BCS Bowl anymore (however, I don't know which year the Big East's contract ended with the Orange Bowl).
I give up, the BCS Bowls probably conspired to put both TCU and Boise in the Fiesta Bowl.
I think Wisconson-TCU will be excellent. If TCU stops their offense, and wins, I think Ohio State's AD can shove a banana up his ass.
