Good timing, Lane Kiffin.

Marshall: MILSWANCAs?

But no forfeiture of championships, right?
Right now, no. They didn't win it the season they're taking away wins, though.
Source: Two-year postseason ban for USC football - ESPN Los AngelesThe USC football program will receive two-year postseason ban, a reduction in scholarships and a forfeiture of wins from at least the 2004 season when the NCAA releases it sanctions on Thursday, a source told ESPN's Shelley Smith.

2004 was the year they split the national championship with LSU.
2004 Championship would fall under the 2003 season, though. Remember, they're bowl games after New Years.

No, I meant the 2004 season all along. It's just that they won the Rose Bowl on New Year's Day 2005.
Edit: Wait, you are right. The 2004 season saw USC's BCS title win over OU.

At least it wasn't the death penalty...
Why does the AD still keep his job? This combined with Tim Floyd's shenanigans smacks of lack of institutional control, which ultimately falls on the AD.

Well, so much for that.
Reggie Bush and O.J. Mayo are officially persona non grata from USC athletics.• A postseason ban in football following the 2010 and 2011 seasons.
• A loss of 30 total football scholarships over the 2011, 2012 and 2013 seasons.
• A vacation of all football victories starting in December 2004 and running through the 2005 season. This includes the national championship win over Oklahoma on Jan. 4, 2005.
• An acceptance of USC’s self-imposed penalties on its basketball program, which included a forfeiture of all wins in 2007-2008 and a one-year postseason ban.
• All statistics vacated for Bush, Mayo and an unnamed women’s tennis athlete in the games which the NCAA deemed them ineligible due to rules violations.
• All titles won during ineligible games must be vacated and trophies and banners must be removed.
• A forfeiture of wins in the women’s tennis program from May 2006 to May 2009, for long-distance telephone violations committed by an athlete.
• A reduction of recruiting days for the men’s basketball program in 2010-2011.
• Four years of probation.
You're correct about the years. I mistook 2004 for 2003, and 2005 for 2004. It turns out they must vacate the 2004 national championship, which is worse because that's the full share one. I assume they get to keep their half share one?
And stating the obvious here, but I'd be remiss if I didn't reiterate that forcing schools to vacate past victories and imposing sanctions against current student-athletes for improper actions committed by past student-athletes are retarded concepts. There is no justice.
