Le Mans, France. Dateline 2010. GT2's have epic battle for win.
You heard it hear first. This will be epic.
It will be Ferrari, Porsche, Corvette, BMW, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Spyker all fighting for the win.
Porsche and Ferrari look to be favourites as they have been GT2 winners for the last couple of years. Corvette joins the league this year for the fight, after having won the race in GT1 for the last couple of years. BMW has a 2 year old car, good drivers, but making their first attempt at the win. The other 3, 1 car from each, not much going on. Jaguar hasn't run more than 3 hours in a race. Good littlle review for folks here, and I'll see if I can find another...

LE MANS, France -- Audi has won the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the ninth time after all Peugeot cars retired.

German manufacturer Audi swept the top three spots at the 8.4-mile Circuit de la Sarthe on Sunday.

There are 4 different classes racing. Audi won the main LPT1. Porsche won GT2, Both Corvettes were retired. One had a mechanical failure. The 2nd was taken out by an idiot ex-F1 driver in Anthony Davidson with 6 hours to go.
