LeBron won't go to the Bulls, if for nothing else because he doesn't want to be in the shadow of MJ. Everyday he would have to see the MJ statue outside the United Center and see the '23' hanging from the rafters. It would be too much pressure on him, even more so than what he felt in Cleveland.

I have only this to say: How terrible it must have been for Bulls fans when Vinny del Negro was coaching the talent of Derrick Rose & Co. to 7th and 8th place finishes in the East.
