Any coach can do a good job when he has more than one superstar, Jackson's track record proves this, what did he do with the Bulls after Jordan's first retirement with just Pippen, and what did he do with the Lakers with just Kobe, before the Gasol trade. Nada and thats a fact.

All you are saying is that the Bulls and the Lakers were respectively mediocre without Jordan and Gasol. What does this have to do with a mostly intact Derrick Rose-led team wasting away under del Negro's coaching?

Okay..but I thought the Bulls winning despite the absence of Boozer (and Noah) is the reason why you would crown Derrick Rose as MVP?

Del Negro is an awful coach. Hopefully he doesn't waste too much of Griffin's development in L.A. Boozer and Noah have missed a ton of games this year and it hasn't mattered. The Bulls also have one of the top defenses in the NBA without having any great individual defenders. They play great team defense even when Korver and Boozer are on the floor together. That's a credit to good coaching.

I didn't know Derek Rose was the head coach of the Chicago Bulls.
