BC made it in time.
And sadly there is a 45 min pre race show. But it was better than NBC's Hockey studio.

Good good.
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?

Better than the past few years when there was a two hour pre-race show lmao..
I honestly don't watch these things in full, I know they interview like crazy to kill time when there's delays but I didn't know. I just saw on the dish it was scheduled at 7.
I saw Gordon and KyB up front earlier.

Woo hoo! Kyle Busch won for me and he led the most laps (double bonus for me). It's about time. Show me the points Foster!
It's okay, I still increase my lead over DK despite him having another top 3 finish lol.

These late race cautions are becoming a common thing now a days. And I like it. Jeff Gordon looked to have the race won, but took the inside, leaving the outside for "Rowdy" and he used it all up to take the win. It was a 15 lap heat race just like the locals do every Saturday night. We go to Darlington next, for the original super speedway.

I hate all the late race cautions. Although not nearly as much as the green-caution-green-caution-green-caution-green-white-checkers that NASCAR now allows. Here's a novel idea: let the best car have the best chance to win the race. This isn't necessarily a reflection on what happened last night, because there wasn't any of that horrendous idea they call "overdrive" at Richmond. Just speaking generally. Last night's race was good. Gordon's restarts just couldn't compare with Busch's. They had the two best cars of the night, flip a coin to see who wins. No problem with that. But I can't say that I like the new overdrive rules. Seems to instigate even more late crashes, and I'm not a fan of the last 10 laps of a race lasting 30 minutes.
It's like the last 2 minutes of a basketball game now.
Yeah 3 attempts to get a checked flag is 2 to many.
I like the idea of one chance to get a winner, but having more than one chance makes the race go much to further than it should.
That's why I enjoyed last nights race so much. Late race caution with about 15 laps set up the best 2 cars to have a chance to go for the win. I thought that Gordon would have pulled "Rowdy" in during the final two laps or so, but he got caught racing with 3rd place. To be fair who didn't expect Hornish to bring out a caution at some point in the race. He was do for one.
